Managing and Embracing Organizational Change

Change isn't the problem; resistance is. A field-tested framework for leading teams calmly and effectively through transitions.
Most change initiatives don't fail because the change was wrong. They fail because the people leading them mistook compliance for adoption.
Effective change leadership starts with naming what's actually being asked. Not the abstract change, the specific behaviours that are being asked of specific roles. From there, the work is twofold: build understanding of why, and build the capability to actually do the new thing.
Resistance, in this frame, isn't a problem to be overcome. It's information. It tells you where the why is unclear, where the capability is missing, or where someone has a legitimate reason the rollout hasn't accounted for. Leaders who treat resistance as data move faster than leaders who treat it as opposition.
