Coaching Skills for Leaders
Be a leader who develops others, not one who directs them.
Build the active listening, powerful questioning, and accountability skills that make a leader a multiplier instead of a bottleneck.
About this workshop
Most leaders solve problems for their team. The leaders who scale build problem-solving capability inside the team. The shift is built on a small set of coaching skills, and a willingness to slow down enough to use them.
This workshop builds those skills in a structured, practice-heavy format. Participants leave with a coaching toolkit they can deploy on Monday.
What's covered
- Active listening as a leadership skill
- Asking powerful questions that unlock thinking
- Holding accountability without micromanagement
- Coaching in 1:1s and team settings
